  1. Don’t skip your exercising routine. It is vital to develop a habit of it.
  2. There is no need for sunblock if you are going out in rain, cloudy or winter weather conditions.
  3. Do not mess with your sleep.
  4. Avoid junk and fast food.
  5. Do not forget to wash your face while going to bed and put on moisturizer.
  6. Do not believe in all the advertisements while buying a skin product.
